Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Unfiltered Pte. Ltd. (“Unfiltered”, “we”, “us”) collects through unfilteredpresents.com, our invitations and our events, and what we do with it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- RSVPs and invitations: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your answer, how many guests you are bringing and their names, and when you opened and answered your invite.
- At the door: whether and when you checked in.
- Contact and table requests: your name, email, phone number and whatever you write to us.
- Tickets: tickets are sold on Eventbrite. Eventbrite handles your payment and ticket details under its own privacy policy. We receive the details Eventbrite shares with event organisers.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records standard information such as your IP address and browser when you visit. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To manage the guest list, send your invitation and confirmation, and check you in at the door.
- To reply to your messages and handle table bookings.
- To tell you about a night you asked about or were invited to.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the site and our events, and only as much as they need.
Who helps us
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Guest lists and messages are stored with Supabase. Emails are sent through Resend, and our inbox runs on Google Workspace. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore, for example in Japan or the United States. We use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep guest-list and RSVP details for as long as we need them for the event and our records, then delete them. Messages are kept while we are handling your request. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies
We only use cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping our own staff signed in. Some pages remember small things on your device, for example that you have already answered a puzzle. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Just email us. We will reply within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
